You may not host, transmit, or distribute:

● Child pornography or any content that exploits minors.

● Content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, or other protected characteristics.

● Copyrighted material without authorization or any intellectual property infringement.

● Fraudulent content, phishing schemes, or counterfeit goods.

● Illegal gambling, weapons trafficking, or any other unlawful activities.

● Sending unsolicited bulk emails or spam.

● Operating bulk email campaigns without adhering to anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act).

● Using third-party email services without similar compliance standards.

Inservers reserves the right to define and enforce limits on system and resource usage to ensure fair access for all customers. These limits include:

● CPU and Bandwidth Usage: Usage must not exceed the specified allocation in your plan.

● Prohibited Resource Activities:
● Hosting cryptocurrency mining operations.
● Running high-load processes, scripts, or applications that degrade server performance.
● Using shared hosting for file storage or backup purposes.

[4.1] Customer Responsibilities:

● Maintain strong passwords and secure your accounts.

● Keep server software, CMS platforms, and plugins updated.

● Report any suspicious activities, such as unauthorized access attempts or potential breaches.

[4.2] Inservers' Rights:

● Monitor network traffic to ensure compliance with this AUP.

● Implement filtering or throttling mechanisms to prevent abuse.

● Suspend or terminate accounts engaging in unauthorized activities.

To report abuse, including spam, DDoS attacks, or policy violations, please email our Abuse Department at [Insert Abuse Email]. Include the following details:

● Your name and contact information.

● The nature of the abuse (e.g., spam, unauthorized access).

● Supporting evidence such as IP addresses, log files, or screenshots.

Inservers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

● You violate this AUP or any applicable laws.

● Your activities jeopardize the security or performance of our network.

● You engage in abusive or threatening behavior towards our staff or representatives.

You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws while using our services. This includes:

● Adhering to data protection and privacy laws.

● Avoiding activities that could expose Inservers to legal liability.

We may update this AUP periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or best practices. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
