[i] Virtual and Windows RDP Servers: Refund requests are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
[ii] Dedicated Servers: Refunds are not provided except in cases of non-delivery of service or irreparable hardware failures.
[5.2] Exclusions:
No refunds will be provided for:
[i] Services terminated due to policy violations.
[ii] Services disrupted due to customer negligence or unauthorized modifications.
